By accessing and using the MUZAANA STREET CHILDREN website and making donations, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. About MUZAANA STREET CHILDREN

MUZAANA STREET CHILDREN is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) in Uganda, dedicated to rescuing and transforming the lives of street children through comprehensive programs including:

• Street outreach programs conducted every Monday
• Country-wide medical outreach services
• Football training and sports development
• Annual Christmas soccer camp held on December 19th
• Tour and travel programs for children
• Skills training including liquid soap making and crafts
• Child rescue and shelter programs

3. Donations

3.1 Donation Acceptance

We accept donations through various methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, mobile money, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Use of Donations

95% of all donations go directly to children's programs. Donations are used for:

• Street outreach activities and community guidance
• Medical outreach services across the country
• Football training equipment and facilities
• Educational programs and skills training
• Shelter and rehabilitation services
• Tour and travel experiences for children

3.3 Tax Deductibility

Donations to MUZAANA STREET CHILDREN may be tax-deductible in your jurisdiction. Please consult with your tax advisor for specific information regarding tax benefits.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the donation process is used solely for processing donations and communicating with donors about our programs. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent.

5. Program Information

5.1 Street Outreach Program

Our street outreach program operates every Monday, visiting different slums and communities across Kampala to provide guidance, counseling, and teach practical skills including liquid soap making, soap production, and crafts.

5.2 Medical Outreach

Our medical team conducts country-wide outreach programs, walking across Uganda to provide essential healthcare services to remote communities and street children.

5.3 Annual Christmas Soccer Camp

We host our annual Christmas soccer camp every year on December 19th, reaching over 2000 children with football training, life skills, and mentorship.

6. Limitation of Liability

MUZAANA STREET CHILDREN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or donations.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
